Our HR processes comprise personnel recruitment, selection, hiring, outsourcing, personnel relations, compensation, benefits and total rewards.

Since 2009, we have sourced, recruited, selected and hired over 300+ personnel for programs such as: CNTPO, AFRICAP, US Transportation Command, US Army Corp of Engineers, Bolivian Airforce, Brazilian Airforce, as well as other programs in support of the Colombian National Police, Army, Airforce and U.S. Navy. Positions include, but are not limited to: Program Managers, Aircraft Pilots, Secret Cleared Aircrew Personnel, A&P Mechanics, Logisticians, Consultants, Engineers, Analysts and other SMEs; for permanent, short-term, full time and part time positions, adhering to local and international labor laws.

Another key aspect of our background is our direct contact with the LATAM region with experience in deploying field teams to remote Forward Operating Bases and Locations in a safe manner while adhering to local security protocols. Coming from a Colombian/American heritage, we have a full understanding of both cultures and are sensitive to the needs of both sides. One can say that we are not just a bi-lingual organization, but a bi-cultural one was well.
