About us

Centerline Services LLC is a team of professionals dedicated to the highest standards of safety, quality customer service, and efficiency.  Since 2009, we have been delivering effective staffing, consulting, training, program management and contractor logistics support solutions to the federal government, state, local municipalities, commercial customers and clients throughout CONUS and OCONUS.

The story of Centerline is one of struggle, perseverance, resilience, teamwork, victory and success. Our story comes from a humble beginning. As a son of two parents deeply immersed in the aviation field, Kenneth was brought up as being part of the Delta Airlines Family. His father, US Army Sgt Edward Lawrence Plotkin was New York born, son of Ukrainian Jewish immigrants and a distinguished Vietnam Veteran, who is now resting at Arlington National Cemetery, following his retirement from Delta Airlines after serving 26 years with them. His mother, Beatriz Quintero Plotkin, immigrant from Colombia, is a well-known matriarch amongst the Colombian-American community in Miami and renowned for her devotion to service. Beatriz, Public Relations Consultant for Centerline, has worked for over 25 years in the aviation service industry with companies such as: Ladeco Airlines, Aerocondor, Aerolíneas Argentinas and Lloyd Aéro Boliviano.

Yanet and Kenneth Plotkin started Centerline in 2009 as a logistics services and cargo company. The SBA has been instrumental in our company’s growth and success. Through the SBA 8(a) program, we have accessed resources and guidance which has equipped us with tools and knowledge to navigate the complexities of running a business successfully. In addition, the mentorship offered through their business development programs, has been instrumental in transforming our business into a thriving enterprise. We are profoundly grateful to the Small Business Administration for their unwavering support and dedication to small business owners like ourselves.
