Yanet “Patricia” Plotkin is a highly qualified Engineer with a background in management and speaks fluent Spanish & Italian.  She has worked on many government programs in Colombia to include the “Netherlands Project” with the Colombian Comptroller Agency, which oversaw the design and implementation of procedures for assessing the Environmental Management of the Colombian Territory in the conservation of biodiversity. Patricia helped found Centerline and is now involved with the company’s day to day administrative activities to include hiring, recruiting, marketing, meeting with clients, critical decision making with other stakeholders, and assisting board meetings. Patricia has also been instrumental in the development of our strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting plans and recommending objectives.  She builds the company’s image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees, while promoting ethical business practices.
