As an Aviation Logistician, Luis Garcia has over 20 years of experience, 14 of these years as Logistics Supervisor in DynCorp – Colombia and DynCorp Afghanistan and since 2013, he has been the International Logistics Manager for Centerline Services LLC. He has extensive knowledge in receiving, dispatching, shipping, re-exportation and importation of aircraft parts (S-61, UH-1H series, C-130, Cessna, Casa 212, Caravan, T-65, AT-802, C-27, OV-10, UH-1N, Black Hawk, C-130, Beechcraft UH-1II, UH-1H, DC-3, B-1900,GAU 17, M16, M4 and FLIR) inventory control, property book administrator, data base administrator (FEDLOG and AWIS), warehouse supervisor, training, forklift instructor, Site Survey and pre-deploy evaluator, purchasing agent duties, TBO projection, ASL controller, ITAR, MSDS, FAA and OSHA regulations, interpreter of different types of aircraft technical orders.  Luis was also Logistics Manager for 2 years in Afghanistan in charge of a fleet of 12 aircraft assigned to the U.S. Counter Narcotics Programs, providing transportation to the American Embassy personnel as well as other US National contractors. DoS (Department of State) assets valued at $20 million USD, were under Luis Garcia’s control and supervision, where he provided monthly accuracy reports to upper Management at Patrick Airforce Support Division, located in Melbourne, Florida.
