Kenneth Plotkin

FOUNDER & CEO

Kenneth, has a background in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology (BA, M.A. in HR & PHR Cert), and Project Management (Associates PM Certificate).  He is fully bi-lingual in Spanish and English, speaks basic level French & Italian, is involved with many community service projects and has been working in the aviation-defense sector since 2005. During 2006-07, he spent 19 months in Afghanistan in support of INL U.S. Department of State Air Wing program. After his overseas tour, he was transferred back to Patrick Airforce Base with the same INL program, where he worked in the HR Program Management Office in support of over 1,500 employees and over 300 aircraft in countries such as: Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iraq, Colombia, Peru, Bolivia, and Guatemala.  In 2010, he became Director of Human Resources for the “Mega” Afghanistan Aviation Program,  where his team provided HR and Administrative oversight for the performance and management of all US Government airlift support contracts for the U.S. Transportation Command, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, and CNPTO Department of Defense, accounting for over $200M in corporate gross revenue. Since the inception of the company, Kenneth has led Centerline Services through the development and execution of complex aviation maintenance and logistics contracts in support of the U.S. Defense Logistics Agency, U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Department of State, Miami Dade County Aviation Police Division, Bolivian Airforce, Brazilian Airforce and the Colombian Armed Forces, generating over US$20 Million in gross revenue. Currently, Kenneth continues to lead Centerline by developing mid and long-term business strategies in order to guide the company’s continued growth with existing and new customers throughout the logistics and aviation industry.
